The kind words, as well as the quilt, warmed him during those last few weeks, and stopped his shivering when he took his last breath and said goodbye.<br /><br />Now it warms me on cold winter nights, and the grandchildren that he never met love to wrap themselves in it and hear stories about Grandpa Mike.
