We moved from CA to AR ...You sound so much like me! We moved from CA to AR this summer. Our house took forever to sell in CA. We dropped the price over $50,000 before we had an offer and the offer was even lower, PLUS we had to pay all the buyer's closing costs...around twenty thousand MORE. We feel fortunate though, that our house even DID sell!<BR/>I still have boxes in my studio that don't belong in my studio but it was the place to put them until I could get around to figuring out where to put them.<BR/>That is my January project.
